This is our tentative schedule for Sunday, May 13th, 2018 at the Ichimura-Miami Japanese Garden, 10am to 5pm

  • Ikebana Demonstration by Grand Master Mieko Kubota (Kids make arrangement for Mom!)
  • Authentic Japanese Tea Ceremony: Directed by Akihiko Kaji
  • Children’s Corner: First 15 kids make origami mother’s day card
  • Soran Dance Group, Palmetto Senior High
  • Musical Performance by Ariele Macadangdang & Hanako Henty
  • Welcome by Consul General of Japan & Commissioner Russell
  • Magic Show by Rene
  • Paper Theater
  • Taiko Drummers, featuring Yoshiko Taiko Dojo
  • Fun and colorful Cosplay Costume Contest and Talent Show

Enjoy Japanese Green (Matcha) Tea and Sweets 10am to 3:00pm, or VIP Authentic Tea Ceremony at noon and 1:30pm. $10 per person. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets.
